Pantechnicon is partnering with Nuet Aquavit to welcome in Midsummer. During the masterclass led by James Greig from Nuet, guests will learn to craft the perfect aquavit cocktails – as well as find out all about the history of this fascinating gin-like drink.

Guests will try some dry aquavit to understand the flavour base, before learning to make three cocktails that can be enjoyed during the session, and easily replicated at home: a Nuet spritz, dry martini and negroni. There will also be some delicious Nordic snacks from Pantechnicon’s Eldr kitchen to enjoy and all guests will receive a goodie bag.

The masterclass is priced at £40 per person and will take place on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th June from 6.30pm – 7.30pm. To find out more and book your space click here.
