For those who want to escape the turkey and twinkling lights altogether, the hotel’s Canton Blue restaurant is the perfect escape for crispy duck and dim sum.
The Hari
Local institution The Hari will be embracing a gold theme when it comes to Christmas sparkles inside the hotel, with a nature-inspired winter forest to draw the outdoors in. In-house restaurant Il Pampero will have two festive set menus to choose from, both typically Italian with the likes of wild boar ragù and tiramisu in place of turkey and figgy pudding. Don’t forget to post a letter to Father Christmas in the red post box outside the hotel.
