In November, The Dining Room at The Goring will offer exclusive Truffle Dinners following our marvellously successful collaboration with Fortnum and Mason.
The Chefs behind Villa La Massa in Florence are popping up at The Goring with a residency on 16th, 17th and 18th November 2023.
Head Chef Stefano Ballarino (Villa La Massa) and Executive Chef Michele Zambanini (Villa d’Este) alongside our Executive Chef Graham Squire will be taking over The Dining Room and serving an exclusive and delicious truffle infused menu.
Built in the 13th century as an enchanting country house for an aristocratic Florentine family, Villa La Massa, is a proud member of The Leading Hotels of the World and part of Villa d’Este Hotels.
The Truffle Dinner is the latest dynamic culinary partnership, following the success of their sell-out residency at Fortnum & Mason.
