Wimbledon afternoon tea at The Lanesborough
Mark Wimbledon with a new afternoon tea experience in The Lanesborough's Great Hall. Interior designer Flora Soames has dressed the space in her Plain Stripe design, transforming the hall into the perfect backdrop for a quintessentially British afternoon tea.
The Wimbledon Flora Cream Tea includes homemade scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, strawberries and cream, a selection of teas, and a Wimbledon Flora cocktail, a mix of elderflower liqueur, vodka, strawberry and mint, topped with champagne. Mocktails are also available. Music will be provided by the hotel's resident harpist.
Available 1 to 14 July, 2024, the afternoon tea costs £45 per person with a cocktail, or £40 per person with a mocktail. Book now.

Wimbledon luncheon at Mosimann's
Celebrate the tennis with a special Wimbledon luncheon at Mosimann's, available from Tuesday to Friday from 2 to 12 July.
Normally open to members only, this lunch event is open to everyone.
For £55 per person, diners can expect Wimbledon-themed decorations, dishes using British seasonal ingredients, and a welcome glass of Lanson champagne or Pimm's. On the menu is carpaccio and capers, or truffle cream for starter; pollock or pea and mint tortellini for main; and Eton Mess or Thai basil and orange pate de fruit for dessert.
