The doors had barely opened when Claude Bosi’s Brooklands was honoured with two Michelin stars in early 2024. The panoramic views from The Peninsula hotel’s stunning rooftop restaurant are nothing short of spectacular, as is Anglophile Bosi’s innate French take on modern, British ingredients.
Petrolheads will enjoy the motoring and aviation theme throughout the flawlessly finished interiors.

Not a new kid on the block, but a stalwart favourite when it comes to Michelin-starred cuisine, superstar chef Gordon Ramsay’s Pétrus on leafy Kinnerton Street gives a modern French spin on locally sourced produce like Isle of Skye scallops and Cornish turbot.
The chef’s table (a cosy booth in the kitchen) is undoubtedly the best seat in the house.
